Develop your team’s muscle memory for when things go wrong.
Take advantage of highly customizable crisis simulations in several formats, from tabletop exercises to functional “on your feet” simulations guaranteed to ratchet up the intensity level and reveal a taste of what it’s like to lead through a worst-case scenario.
Remember, the most important element of emergency management is preparedness. Sessions are designed to be highly plausible and will be fully customized to your organization.
Exercise may be arranged from two hours to a full day. Three hours are recommended.
